Overview

PwC invites you to join the Digital Innovation – AI Center of Excellence, where you will work on AI-driven products and platforms in a multi‑cloud environment (primarily Google Cloud, also Azure). You’ll collaborate with senior peers, build prototypes, refine models, and deliver production‑ready solutions across various AI domains.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and integrate AI components, pipelines, and services using Python and cloud infrastructure.
- Build agentic AI applications (autonomous agents for task execution, decision‑making, and multi‑step workflows), leveraging coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or open‑source alternatives.
- Develop products based on agentic frameworks (A2A, A2UI) and create interactive experiences that blend agents, dynamic user interfaces, and real‑time collaboration.
- Contribute to PwC’s proprietary platform covering data enrichment pipelines, open‑source intelligence scraping, image, audio, and video generation with optimised models (e.g., LoRA).
- Design and optimise advanced Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including multi‑document analysis, retrieval strategies, embedding/reranking, dynamic thresholding, and prompt design.




- Implement evaluation and observability workflows: metrics, benchmarks, and LLM‑as‑a‑Judge (e.g., DeepEval), monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery quality by collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, managing budget and quality constraints, and driving scalable production deployments.
- Work cross‑functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to create real‑world impact for people and processes.
- Assist in problem decomposition, task estimation, and prioritisation within a Python‑centric development cycle.

Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience or fresh graduate in STEM or an equivalent field, preferably with an AI‑focused curriculum.
- Strong proficiency with Python and hands‑on coding of prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning; experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI projects (personal or academic).
- Interest in scaling AI from proof‑of‑concept to production, focusing on quality, security, privacy, and reliability.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good team player: curiosity, listening, responsibility, and synthesis skills.
