Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of depots in Italy.
You will lead Depot Leaders, drive operational performance, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain strong KPI-driven execution across sites, while coordinating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR.
Travel up to 50% is required.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in hands-on operations and 3–5 years in multi-location leadership, with proven budgeting and supplier management abilities, plus fluency in English
