ph3Job Purpose/Role /h3pReporting to the Property Team Leader, you will be in charge of developing and executing the strategy for the Property Liability risks into the Italian market. You will be the contact person for selected agents working with the Mid-Corporate team, supporting them in the business development. You will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines. /liliSteer and control the portfolio at local level to drive the achievement of financial targets. /liliProactively liaise with functional areas to review performance of end-to-end underwriting life cycle. /liliWork closely with Sales departments, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling. /liliEnsure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. /liliProactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products /liliSupport the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /li /ulh3Key Requirements/Skills/Experience /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law /lili4-8 years proven experience in underwriting profitable Property including both PD/BI and Theft and Liability business for Corporate Clients. /liliPreference if also experienced in Multinational clients. /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of policy administration life cycle. /liliSound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills /liliIdeally experience in designing, developing,



and implementing consistent and robust wordings /liliIdeally experience in driving underwriting projects /liliEntrepreneurial mindset /liliStrong communication skills /liliAble to work in an international organization. /liliFluent in Italian English (both written and spoken) /liliVery good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools /liliData Reporting /li /ulpPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000,00 gross and € 50.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
