Experteer Overview

As a CTLM, you act as Recordati’s sponsor representative at site level, driving trial delivery and strong PI/site partnerships. You will support site start-up, recruitment, and Sponsor oversight of CRO activities to ensure compliant, high-quality trial conduct. You contribute to data integrity, regulatory adherence, and issue resolution while liaising with cross-functional teams. This role offers exposure to global trials, patient recruitment strategies, and site performance optimization in a mission-driven pharma environment. You will help position Recordati as a sponsor of choice by maintaining proactive, solutions-oriented site engagement.

- Sponsor ambassador at site level, building long-term PI/site staff relationships
- Drive patient recruitment by engaging with PIs and optimizing enrolment plans
- Collaborate with CRAs/site coordinators to align recruitment and site priorities
- Foster cross-department collaboration at trial sites to improve patient identification and enrolment
- Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively mitigate enrolment risks
- Provide Sponsor oversight of CRO monitoring, focusing on CRA performance and adherence to processes
- Conduct Sponsor Oversight Visits (SOVs) and study progress visits for compliant monitoring
- Attend PSVs, SIVs, IMVs and COVs as defined with the Lead CSM




- Deliver motivational visits to re-energise site engagement and performance
- Ensure data quality and integrity through on-site and remote review in line with ICH GCP and local regulations
- Identify operational and site-level issues, escalation risks appropriately, and drive timely resolution
- Maintain accountability for long-term site partnerships with actionable insights for the study team
- Establish regular PI engagement to discuss study progress and recruitment plans
- Report site status, performance insights, risks, and mitigations to Lead CSM
- Work across multiple trials to ensure consistent Sponsor presence and oversight

Responsabilità

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Pharma/Biotech, preferably in clinical site monitoring, oversight or engagement
- Strong understanding of healthcare landscape, patient pathways and site operations
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with PIs, site staff, CROs and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated proactive leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with strong prioritisation
- Experience with clinical trial systems and tools (CTMS, eTMF, EDC)
- Experience in global clinical trials; rare disease experience is a strong advantage
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent written and spoken English, Polish and/or Romanian
