As the on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey while acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution. /ph3The Role /h3pAs Branch Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of our Reykjavik depot. While remaining highly hands-on (60–70% of your time), you will also take ownership of the team's performance, operational efficiency, and financial results. /ppReporting directly to the District Manager, you will lead the local team and ensure the depot consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience while operating in a cost-effective and high-performing manner. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing operations. /liliLead, supervise,



and develop the local operational team, including shift planning, task allocation, and performance feedback. /liliBe a culture setter and lead by example. /liliTrack daily KPIs and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed. /liliMonitor vehicle availability and proactively reduce downtime, including performing repairs when necessary. /liliManage depot costs, including consumables and rework prevention, while maintaining disciplined cost control. /liliOversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments. /liliEnsure operational excellence and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. /liliDeliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high operational standards. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulli7-10 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments. /liliStrong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to step into daily depot activities whenever required. /liliProven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams. /liliExcellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure. /liliComfortable performing physical tasks during busy operational periods. /liliFlexibility to work weekends, holidays,
