The role ensures alignment between business priorities and procurement strategies, supports sourcing effectiveness, drives value creation, and contributes to the deployment of global category strategies defined by the Global Procurement Director. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement requirements, enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure consistent application of procurement policies and global standards. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 h3Strategic Business Partnering /h3 ul liWork closely with assigned Business Units/Functions to understand priorities, risks, technical needs, and commercial expectations. /li liTranslate business requirements into procurement strategies and sourcing plans. /li liProvide market insights, TCO evaluations, and commercial recommendations to support decision-making. /li liAlign procurement actions with timelines, cost targets, and operational needs. /li /ul h3Sourcing Category Strategy Support /h3 ul liContribute to sourcing events in collaboration with Category Managers and Global Procurement. /li liGather stakeholder inputs to support the definition and refinement of category strategies. /li liAssist in supplier selection, negotiation preparation, and commercial assessment. /li liEnsure regional/local adoption of global procurement standards and processes. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCoordinate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Quality to ensure procurement is integrated into planning and project execution. /li liSupport bids, project development,
and operational needs with procurement insights, cost scenarios, and delivery expectations. /li liFacilitate communication between stakeholders and procurement teams at global and regional level. /li /ul h3Supplier Interaction Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liInteract with suppliers regarding operational matters and elevate strategic issues to Category Managers. /li liMonitor supplier performance indicators and propose improvements. /li liEnsure supplier compliance with contractual, ethical, sustainability, and quality standards. /li /ul h3Compliance, Governance Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liEnsure adoption of procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance requirements. /li liSupport audits and documentation accuracy. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support digital procurement initiatives. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing /li liStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills /li liDemonstrated ability to work autonomously on moderately complex assignments /li liStrong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills /li liProven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration /li liSolid understanding of global sourcing, procurement governance, risk management,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€40,000 and €50,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
