Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura.What you will doOrientation tour: accompany the transferee during look and see program to help them familiarize with the local areaSchool search: support the transferee with school selection (international schools / private / bilingual) and accompany during school visistsHome search: review of housing needs, arrange and accompany on property viewing appointmentsSettling-in: support the transferee with property’s move-in and utilities connectionCorrect and consistent execution of client’s instructions and directionsDeliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfactionWhat you will bring to the roleFree-lance status with own VAT RegistrationLive in Ravenna and have in-depth knowledge of the local area and customsMinimum 2 years experience in a similar customer-oriented positionIdeally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industryIdeally you have lived abroad / have a multicultural backgroundAdvanced written and spoken English and Italian, other languages are a plusProactive approach, positive attitude and ability to make decisions independentlyProblem solving skills and empathic approachExcellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressureExperience in the use of MS-Office and your own LaptopValid Drivers’ License and carWhat we offer xdwybme A position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
