In this role you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge masks for ventilation and sleep apnea. You will work within an international R&D; team to translate market needs into technical specs and product roadmaps, ensuring ergonomic, user‑centric designs and regulatory compliance. You’ll manage cross‑functional development plans, conduct techno‑economic feasibility studies, and support fast time‑to‑market with a focus on medical‑grade quality. You will shape products through rigorous testing, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers using advanced manufacturing methods. - Coordinate with suppliers to prototype using the latest additive manufacturing technologies
- Analyze prototypes and test data; manage documentation of 3D designs
- Prepare quality checklists and ensure regulatory documentation for CE certification

Responsabilità

- 5–6 years of experience in design and development of masks for ventilation and sleep apnea
- Master degree in mechanical engineering (or related)
- Experience in R&D; teams developing medical devices
- Strong understanding of safety standards and ergonomics impact
- Basic knowledge of injection mold design for polymers and elastomers
- Ability to report to management and communicate effectively
- Fluent in English
- Driving license
