Supply Chain Manager – Nexans Battipaglia PlantWe are looking for a dynamic and results?drivenSupply Chain Managerto join our Battipaglia plant, a key manufacturing site within the Nexans Group.
In this role, you will lead end?to?end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient material flows, reliable production planning, and outstanding service to our customers in the cable and energy solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeintegrated planning, including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment.
Lead theS&OP; processat plant level, coordinating inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.
Ensurematerial availabilityby managing procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier interactions.
Superviselogistics operations, including warehouse flows, transport coordination, and drum/coil management.
Manage theorder portfolio, ensuring accurate confirmations, timely deliveries, and high service performance (OTIF).
Drivecontinuous improvementacross supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance on credit-sensitive customers
Collaborate with European Supply Chain teams on group initiatives.
What We're Looking For




Strong experience inplanning, logistics, procurement,andS&OPwithin; industrial or manufacturing environments.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency inExcel; familiarity withSAP/ARIBAis a plus.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
10 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial environments.
Preferable experience in manufacturing or companies with complex supply chains.
Leadership, communication, and cross?functional coordination abilities.
Fluency inEnglishand a proactive, problem?solving mindset.Frenchis a plus
