/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced SAP SD Medium Business Analyst, to contribute to the successful implementation of projects, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
Based in Slatina, within the HQ Information Technology Department, and reporting directly to the Head of the IT Delivery Logistics, the candidate will have the following responsibilities: /p ol liAMS (Application Management Services) and IT Projects Delivery ul liThe candidate will be accountable for the delivery of AMS and IT project activities, primarily focusing on SAP systems but also extending support to other central systems in the strategic metals domain.
/li liManaging resources, timelines, and ensuring successful project completion.
/li /ul /li liSAP Kernel and Cross-Interface Governance ul liThe candidate will have governance responsibilities for the SAP Kernel and cross-interfaces with other central systems, collaborating with Local IT, respective IT Business Partners and HQ Business Team Leaders.
/li /ul /li liRoll?outs and Implementation Projects ul liProvide support for Fit?gap preparation, design of new functionalities, execution, data migration activities, testing, training, and post go?live support.
/li liMaintain and update master data related to materials, vendors, and customers in SAP.
/li liSupport SAP customizing activities in line with business requirements.
/li liManage and process logistics flows in SAP: goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers etc.




/li liMonitor stock levels and support inventory management activities.
/li liIdentify and resolve system or data discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
/li liAssist in testing SAP enhancements, updates and new implementations.
/li liProvide user support and troubleshooting for SAP?related issues.
/li liContribute to Fit?Gap analysis by identifying differences between business requirements and standard / kernel SAP functionality.
/li liSupport data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, validation and upload into SAP systems.
/li liSupport the Prototype phase by assisting in system configuration, testing scenarios and validating business processes.
/li liParticipate in the Key User Testing (KUT) phase by executing test cases, reporting issues and supporting business users.
/li liAssist in Go?Live preparation and execution, including data validation, user support and issue resolution during system transition.
/li liProvide post?go?live support to ensure system stability and smooth adoption by end users.
/li /ul /li liDocumentation and Process Maintenance ul liThe candidate will be accountable for creating and maintaining documentation related to new technical solutions, including manuals for end users and Kernel processes.
/li liTrain all junior team members in COE team.
/li /ul /li /ol h3Essential Skills and Experience /h3 ul liAt least 4+ years professional experience working with SAP SD, SAP S4?HANA (Sales and Distribution) as business analyst, within multinational companies.
/li liDeep knowledge on Logistics execution flows (SAP module SD: Sales and Distribution).
/li liKnowledge on master data customizing configuration.
/li liA Master's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics or equivalent.




/li liExtensive experience working with the SAP SD module integration points with other SAP modules and customization options.
/li liFamiliarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including system configuration, custom development and testing.
/li liGood knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging will be considered a plus.
/li liProficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives.
/li liStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, end?users and technical teams.
/li liAbility to work effectively in cross?functional, international project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating activities with internal and external partners.
/li liGood training attitude to speed up the team members growth and educational process.
/li liAbility to meet strict deadline and work under pressure.
/li liGood English written and oral communication skills.
/li liInternational mobility.
/li liNice to have knowledge of Fiori app and AI solutions.
