A premium Italian fashion house is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer digital strategy.
You will manage the online store, drive conversion optimisation and coordinate with marketing, logistics and customer care teams.
This is a key role in the company's digital transformation journey, blending Italian craftsmanship with modern retail technology.
ResponsibilitiesManage the Shopify Plus e-commerce platform end-to-end
Define and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and sale events online
Analyse customer behaviour data and translate insights into action
Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies for paid acquisition
Oversee customer experience from browsing to post-purchase




Must?have Requirements3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify preferred)
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Hotjar and A/B testing tools
Experience managing digital marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Understanding of fashion/luxury consumer behaviour
Fluent Italian and English
Nice?to?have RequirementsExperience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing automation
Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce
Experience with international markets and multi-currency setups
Understanding of fashion supply chain and drop management
Personal RequirementsCreative thinker with strong commercial instinct
Passion for fashion and Italian craftsmanship
Excellent organisational skills managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
