This is afull-time roleideal for candidates eager toaccelerate their careers in sales and business development,gain hands?on experience, and take ownership from day one, whileworking closely with experienced Sales and Revenue Operations leaders.
As an SDR, you will support ourB2B growth strategy, contributing to scalable, data?driven outbound and inbound campaigns and working across theearly stages of the sales funnel, from lead generation to opportunity qualification, with astrong focus on performance, metrics, and continuous optimisation.
What you'll doIdentify andengage high?potential B2B accounts, deeply understanding their cloud, infrastructure, and data protection challenges, and drive proactive outbound prospecting with a strong focus on cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high?quality meetings.
Own thefull early?stage sales process, from cold outreach and qualification to opportunity creation, working closely with Sales and RevOps to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and processes.
Follow up oninbound leads and marketing?generated opportunities, ensuring fast response times and high qualification standards.
Use CRM and analytics tools totrack activities, analyze performance,and continuously optimize outreach and qualification inclose collaboration with Account Executives.
What you'll need0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound roles
Native Italian speaker (or equivalent) with good knowledge of spoken and written English
Customer?oriented, with negotiation and communication skills, including with internal resources
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written




You take initiative, work autonomously, and adapt quickly in dynamic, fast?paced environments.
Genuine passion for technology / IT (we love curious, nerd?minded people)
Past experience in a startup or scaleup company
Previous experience in a storage company or an ICT Partners company
