As a Sofwtare Technical Support Engineer you will play a key role in validating, testing, and supporting the software used in Caracol's additive manufacturing systems.
You will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and R&D; teams, helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologie

Ideal Backgro
und:Technical diploma (ITS) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical f
ieldUp to 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial automation or robotics sector.
Experience in Additive Manufacturing is a strong
plusBasic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, or
JavaFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or B
ash)Experience with industrial robots and basic knowledge of robot programming, preferably with KUKA, ABB or Universal Ro
