AM Automatic Machinesis looking for aTechnical Support Employeeto strengthen our assistance team.
Responsibilities:Provide remote support to field technicians for fault resolution
Assist in configuration changes and explain product functionalities
Analyze technical issues remotely
Open service tickets to report malfunctions
Requirements:Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role (technical support and maintenance)
Skills:Basic knowledge of electronics and IT
Strong planning skills and ability to work toward objectives
High learning aptitude
Preferred: basic knowledge of data networks
Soft Skills:Goal-oriented and flexible
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and proactive attitude
