We are Hiring for: Administrative Assistant (Augusta Location)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help our Office and Staff members as well as handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a Kubota Tractor of the TriState family member. The ability to multi-task between Administrative Bill Paying, Running Reports, Reconciling, Assisting Parts Counter Sales, Equipment Sales and Service Writer. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful,



a good problem solver and organized. Will report to the Office Manager. Full benefits will be available after a 90-day probationary period.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma (Some College and/or Degree welcomed). Must be willing to attend cross-training classes as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment

• Organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management

• Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate

• Respond to questions and requests for information
