The homologation team provides support for our customers including type approval testing to EU and UN Regulations, conformity of production, in service conformity testing, documentation and cybersecurity services.

MISSION
Manage all the resources to carry out contracted projects during the project's life cycle. Coordinate and influence collaborators from different Departments to ensure the accomplishment of the established Project objectives in terms of timing, pricing and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and promote IDIADA’s Homologation business in Italy by targeting clients, identifying their homologation needs,
preparing and presenting quotes to clients and closing the terms and conditions by getting the purchasing orders
- Setting up the Homologation team to provide the homologation services
- Undertake homologation programs taking advantage of the network of automotive testing capabilities
- Carry out meetings and sales presentations to present the technical solution-offers to Clients
- Follow up any homologation process of our clients
- Create a network of contacts with the Homologation Stakeholders
Qualifiche
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in EC/ECE Regulation is a must
- Good contacts with the Homologation Managers of the Italian vehicle manufacturers as well
- Strong customer and service orientation, with high level of initiative and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Confident, with the ability to convince through technical arguments
- Able to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and international environment
- Willingness to travel if required
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master's Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical or Automotive specialization.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Native Italian
- English is a must
