ph3Key Opportunity /h3 pAs an Account Executive, your key objective is growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. Along with your team, you take care of a mixed portfolio of newly onboarded and high growth supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProactively contact and educate supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value. /li liTrain supply partners on our technologies, tools and systems. /li liCommunicate efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone, email, messaging and webinars. /li liEncourage program participation through focused project sprints. /li liUse data and dashboards to prioritize tasks. /li liPrioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress via internal systems. /li liRespond to partners' requests in a timely and effective manner. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years’ experience working in business development or execution-based role. /li liMid-level negotiation and/or business development skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to connect and build strong rapport with partners, while also moving fast. /li liAbility to work in a highly dynamic environment and be open to change in responsibilities and workflows as needed by the business. /li liIntellectual curiosity and desire to have an impact.
