ph3bCivil Site Manager (Senior Level) /b /h3 pbLocation: /b Italybr/bRole Type: /b Permanentbr/bSalary: /b Up to €100,000 + package (depending on experience) /p pThe Senior Site Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all activities on the assigned construction site, delivering the project on time and within budget, in line with contractual scope and requirements. The role ensures the highest standards of quality, maintains an incident‑free site, and guarantees full adherence to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans and regulations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main interface with the customer on all contractual matters, maintaining strong working relationships with local authorities and relevant organisations. /li liAct as the primary interface with project partners on contractual and operational matters. /li liManage workforce requirements on site and drive construction activities to achieve contractual milestones and targets. /li liEnsure all site personnel are fully informed of the Scope of Work (SoW) and Division of Work (DoW). /li liManage change control on site, including variation orders to subcontractors. /li liEnsure all testing activities are completed and accepted by the customer in accordance with contractual requirements. /li liPromote a strong culture of Health, Safety and Environment compliance across all site activities, aligned with company, customer, and local authority requirements. /li liEnsure all works meet required quality standards and that quality records are accurately completed and properly archived. /li liEnsure all permits, licences, and regulatory requirements are in place for compliant site execution.
/li liMaintain structured, up-to-date, and reliable site documentation and reporting to head office. /li liEnsure all site activities are delivered in line with contractual schedules and milestones, with a clear understanding of project budgets and cost control. /li liEnsure all contractual obligations are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the customer. /li liTake responsibility as Senior Site Manager on large EPC projects and complex consortium-based projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. /li liMinimum of 6 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on construction projects within the energy sector or similar large-scale industrial environments. /li liFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong commercial awareness with proven experience in contracts management. /li liExperience across civil works, installation, and/or commissioning activities. /li liRelevant, certified knowledge and practical experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). /li liHighly organised and structured, with strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. /li liResilient, collaborative, and confident in managing customer and stakeholder interfaces. /li /ul h3Package Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary up to €100,000, depending on experience /li liAnnual performance‑related premio /li liComprehensive benefits package in line with a senior permanent role /li liSupport with travel and accommodation where required /li liLong‑term career development opportunities on large-scale international projects /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
