TechnoAlpin realizes snowmaking systems for ski resorts worldwide.
For this role, we are looking for someone who brings together technology, organization, and people – on the construction site, within the team, and directly with the customer.
Your responsibilitiesYou coordinate technical construction sites from the installation phase through to commissioning
You organize on?site processes together with the project management team
You lead and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and partner companies
You are the contact person for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders on site
You ensure quality, occupational safety, and adherence to schedules
You document construction progress and report regularly to the project management team
Our requirementsA technical education, e.g. in electrical engineering, installation / plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for implementing solutions directly on site
Initial experience on construction sites, in installation,



or in plant engineering is an advantage
Organizational talent, initiative, and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different people
Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for projects in the mountains and beyond
You speak German
