Experteer Overview: As a Project Manager in Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate Hospitality team, you lead end-to-end project delivery for complex hospitality projects in Italy, interfacing with clients to meet time, cost and quality targets. You shape project strategy, governance, and planning, guiding cross-functional teams and managing performance through KPIs. You will steward change control, finances, and communications, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overarching company goals. This role offers impact through shaping premier projects and collaborating with diverse professionals in a global, inclusive firm.

Responsibilities

- Lead project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery for large/complex projects
- Be the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and targets achieved
- Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve objectives
- Establish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
- Establish governance,



processes, and systems for the project
- Produce detailed project plan and manage resources procurement
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Monitor performance management using KPIs to improve outcomes
- Manage change control and project finances
- Oversee project information flow and regular client meetings and communications
- Produce formal project progress reports and interface with clients and consultants at all stages

Qualifications

- 4 to 10 years’ experience in real estate projects, ideally hospitality
- Proven track record delivering high-quality PM services across full project lifecycle
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar
