ppWe are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of an innovative frozen food project in Sardinia. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends. /liliDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s presence within the hospitality sector. /liliIdentify, approach, and acquire new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors, and other HoReCa businesses. /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. /liliNegotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. /liliPresent products and solutions to potential clients and partners. /liliMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities. /liliRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking meetings,



and business conferences. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFluent Italian and English (both written and spoken). /liliPrevious experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role. /liliStrong understanding of the HoReCa industry and B2B sales processes. /liliExperience in food, FMCG, hospitality, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong advantage. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliAbility to build trust-based, long-term client relationships. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. /liliHigh level of mobility and willingness to travel across Sardinia when required. /liliValid driving license is preferred. /li /ulpbCompensation: /b Base salary + sales commission /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
