You will drive HR policies, talent management, and employer branding while collaborating across regional and global teams. Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience, ideally in international and manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of local employment law
- Fluency in both Italian and English
