Role Description This full-time Truck Driver role at Ned'yarden Group Express Srl is an on-site position based in Rome.

The Truck

Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks, transporting goods to scheduled destinations, and adhering to all road safety and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading cargo, securing freight, and maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation. The role also involves working with dispatch to plan routes, managing delivery schedules, and complying with all applicable DOT and local transportation regulations.

The Truck

Driver is expected to maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, promptly report any issues, and provide professional, courteous service to customers and partners.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in Truck Driving





Ability to safely operate and manage a commercial Truck, including routine checks and basic maintenance awareness

Knowledge of DOT Regulations and local road safety rules, with a strong focus on compliance

Experience with loading and Unloading cargo, including proper securing and handling procedures

Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical ability to lift and move loads as required and spend extended periods driving

Previous experience in logistics or freight transport is an advantage
