Experteer Overview

In this role you translate stakeholder needs into a comprehensive system specification and drive the integration of modular subsystems for cooking-related products. You will contribute to robust, safe, and manufacturable designs while coordinating testing and deployment activities. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical and performance targets. This is a chance to shape how complex systems come together in a field that values sustainability and customer focus.

Responsibilities

- Consolidate stakeholder requirements into a system requirements document for BA Food products
- Perform feasibility studies based on system requirements
- Define technical specifications ensuring functionality, reliability, manufacturability, safety across electrical, electronic, mechanical, thermodynamics and hydraulics
- Release overall product test plans
- Leverage Robust Design principles through the RD Community
- Evaluate and deploy common solutions led by System Architect
- Integrate various modules into products




- Support subsystem deployment and co‑definition with the System Architect
- Configure machine models, manage parameters, validate configurations and lifecycle
- End of Line testing
- PDCA management for software improvements

Qualifications

- University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Familiarity with development tools as FMEA, QFD, DFM
- Knowledge on integration of modules into products
- General knowledge of manufacturing and assembly methods with stainless steel parts and plastics
- Experience in professional products sector for cooking is a plus
- Knowledge of Robust Design principles is a plus
- Fluent Italian & English
