As a Treasury Senior Specialist you will lead end-to-end treasury initiatives across functions and geographies to optimize liquidity, risk management, and efficiency. - Lead treasury projects from initiation to execution and post-implementation review
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business needs
- Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and external banks
- Manage governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management
- Ensure on‑time delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Develop project documentation, process maps, and implementation plans
- Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships
- Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting,



and working capital initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities
- Assist in cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory implementations
- Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations (Piteco, SAP) and enhancements
- Coordinate bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, payment platforms)
- Support ERP integration projects affecting treasury processes
- Drive automation and standardization across treasury operations
- Collaborate with IT to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities

Responsabilità

- Proven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of treasury processes, banking products, liquidity structures, and risk management
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems; Piteco experience mandatory
- Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, treasury consulting, or treasury operations
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
- Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Nice to have professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
