Experteer Overview

In this role you will own and optimize the Terminal Operating System (TOS) to enable safe, efficient terminal operations. You’ll work with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Finance, IT, and the TOS vendor to translate requirements into system solutions and ensure data quality and stability. You will lead enhancements, digitalization efforts, and process improvements, linking system capabilities to terminal business goals. This position offers influence over critical interfaces, reporting, and change management within a global logistics environment.

- Administer and maintain the TOS, including configuration, master data, and user access
- Ensure system availability, data integrity, and configuration control; maintain documentation
- Translate business requirements into TOS solutions and support multiple operations teams
- Support TOS implementation/upgrade projects and coordinate UAT




- Coordinate interfaces between TOS and external systems; monitor performance and resolve issues
- Act as primary business contact for the TOS vendor and coordinate enhancements
- Provide reporting, training, and documentation; promote TOS best practices
- Approve configuration changes, manage roles/permissions, and elevate critical issues
- Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous process improvements

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of TOS experience in container or Ro‑Ro terminals
- Experience with Navis N4, CyberLogitec, SPARCS, CATOS, Tideworks, or similar platforms
- Experience with TOS administration, implementation, or business systems
- Experience supporting TOS implementation projects is an advantage
