FTC Program Manager, SWA, EU SWA OPS First Mile & Integration

Our team is building the next $1bn initiative in e?com shipping, creating a new business that transforms how customers are served worldwide. You will join the First Mile team, driving large, cross?functional programs and translating strategic objectives into operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping and partner with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams.
Monitor weekly First Mile qualitative and cost KPIs reported in SWA and AMZL WBR.
Collaborate with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support teams to improve processes and performance.
Own ops readiness documents, defining problem statements and impact assessments.
Drive launch, implementation, and scale?up activities before handing over to operations as a BAU task set.
Basic Qualifications
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).

Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, rapidly?changing environment.
Strong work ethic driven by a desire to exceed expectations.
Experience leading and interacting with cross?functional teams.

Ability to travel within the EU.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
Experience with MS Access and SQL.
Experience in requirement gathering and creating detailed requirement documents.
