The Opportunity

As a Type-Rated First Officer, you will support safe, punctual, and discreet point-to-point missions for high-profile passengers. You will operate in a dynamic charter environment where professionalism, flexibility, and client care are paramount.

- Permanent seat on the Learjet 45 with a high‑end charter operation
- Hands‑on exposure to complex airspace, premium FBOs, and bespoke itineraries
- Collaborative cockpit culture focused on SOPs, SMS, and service excellence

What You'll Do

- Execute comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance
- Operate the Learjet 45 to the highest safety standards, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and impeccable communication
- Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, FBOs, and ground handlers to ensure on‑time performance
- Complete technical log entries and maintain accurate operational documentation




- Champion a just culture and actively contribute to the Safety Management System

What You'll Bring

- Current Learjet 45 type rating
- Valid EASA ATPL (A)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong customer‑service ethos
- Excellent CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making under time pressure
- Flexibility for rostered duties, weekends, and short‑notice missions
- Eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship
