As Site & Technical Facility Lead at Applied Materials’ European Technology & Science Campus in Treviso, you will supervise on-site facilities and real estate, ensuring safe, reliable operations in a high-tech environment with cleanrooms. You will interface with the IFM provider and internal stakeholders to drive governance, strategy, and CAPEX roadmaps. You’ll lead maintenance of critical building systems, oversee capital projects, and align services with evolving business needs. This is a key role for shaping a cutting‑edge campus and delivering excellent facility performance.

- Lead the Treviso site as Facilities & Real Estate lead
- Coordinate facility activities, priorities, and operational strategies
- Be the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the IFM provider
- Drive a governance model with strong oversight and outsourced execution
- Support site strategy, CAPEX planning, and long‑term facility roadmaps
- Ensure reliability and performance of building systems (MEP, HVAC, utilities, cleanroom)
- Oversee maintenance strategies and lifecycle management of assets
- Maintain cleanroom standards, metrics, and compliance
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and EHS to maximize uptime
- Lead IFM governance and monitor KPIs/SLAs; manage escalations




- Drive continuous improvement across facility services
- Oversee site development, expansions, and infrastructure projects
- Interface with general contractors and external partners
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Ensure effective hard and soft facility management services
- Support CMMS and CAFM implementation and optimization
- Ensure EH&S; and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop internal capabilities
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment

Responsabilità

- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Significant facilities management experience in complex, high‑tech environments
- Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar industries preferred
- Exposure to cleanroom operations and critical technical infrastructure
- Proven success managing construction, development, and capital projects
- Experience managing IFM providers and external service partners
- Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and facility operations
- Fluent English
