Experteer Overview

In this role you help shape energy solutions by leading commercial proposals and negotiations across a regional scope. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver competitive, technically sound offers while aligning with production schedules and delivery timelines. You help reduce costs and drive shareholder value through strategic deal execution. This position offers a hands‑on role in shaping regional commercial processes within the IET organization and energy services. You will work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.

- Develops and negotiates proposals for spare parts, field services, and repairs, ensuring competitive pricing and value creation for shareholders
- Manages complex commercial processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, legal, risk, and finance teams
- Prepares and oversees regional frame agreements, negotiating tailored Terms & Conditions to meet customer requirements
- Leads transactional deal execution, structuring commercially and technically sound solutions with creativity and precision
- Ensures proposal quality and timeliness,



maintaining accurate tracking and updates of opportunities using relevant tools and systems
- Coordinates proposal outputs and business hand‑offs, ensuring alignment with production schedules and delivery timelines

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 5-7 years of experience in Proposals, Application Engineer, Field/Shop Operations, Commercial Operations, Project Management, or Sales, preferably within the energy or industrial services sector
- Product Knowledge: BH IET Services offerings and products, including repair, field services, and spare parts, and familiarity with related processes, tools, business units, and support functions
- Contractual Expertise: Solid understanding of legal and financial aspects of contract clauses
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams toward common goals
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
