Lead AI Engineer & Technical Product Owner drives the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions that create measurable business value. You guide cross‑disciplinary teams to build scalable, production‑ready AI products while aligning with enterprise governance and business priorities. The role blends data science expertise with delivery leadership in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You will shape AI strategy, own the backlog, and ensure adoption and impact across multiple domains. This is an opportunity to lead transformative AI initiatives at a global healthcare leader.

Responsibilities

- Define AI solution strategy and own product backlog and roadmap for AI products and platforms
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; drive adoption and measurable business outcomes
- Lead design, development, and deployment of ML, predictive analytics, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions
- Oversee model lifecycle: experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Establish MLOps, governance, performance monitoring, and operational support practices
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build governed data assets and robust data pipelines




- Lead Agile squads; facilitate planning, refinement, retrospectives, and delivery governance
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements; manage risk and governance
- Define and monitor OKRs/KPIs for performance, value realization, and adoption

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or related disciplines
- 5‑7+ years in Data Science, ML, or AI Engineering roles
- Proven experience delivering AI/Analytics solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience as Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Lead Engineer, or Squad Lead
- Strong knowledge of ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, RAG, and AI agent frameworks
- Experience with cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data lakes, and data warehousing
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
