Randstad, leaders in HR consulting, seeks an Account Specialist intern (stagista) for its in‑house office in Osimo.

Location & Contract

Location: Osimo (AN). Initial internship contract with reimbursement.

Responsibilities

- Receive job descriptions and create announcements for various sites/portals.
- Conduct research and personnel selection (screen CVs, database search, telephone interviews, selection meetings).
- Handle administrative tasks (contract documentation, load hours for payroll) in support of the in‑house filiale.

Qualifications

- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficient with Office/Google suite.
- Flexibility, motivation, stress resistance, strong relational and communication skills.
