Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Documenting all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure comprehensive and efficient service delivery.




- Keeping updated on product offerings to provide accurate support and information to clients.

What We Are Looking For:

- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
- A friendly, adaptable attitude toward clients and challenges.
