Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking clients, offering assistance and support across different services.
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client accounts and internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document and update client information accurately in the company’s databases and CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services,



and industry trends to provide accurate information.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer literacy.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
