Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues and continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to help enhance our services and customer experience.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a valuable asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant computer applications.
