Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information on product features, specifications, and user troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with technical issues, helping them to resolve their problems efficiently.
- Document customer interactions effectively and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer complaints and provide solutions.




- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance the customer experience.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is an advantage.
