Responsabilità
- +5 years of experience in software engineering best practices
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (React), Freemarker, SQL
- Proficient with Git (DVCS) and branching patterns (git-flow, PRs, rebases)
- English and Italian fluency (written and spoken)
- Self‑starter, quick learner, proactive, and strong team player
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn from others
- Experience contributing to open source, hackathons, or coding meetups (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile development values and practices
