This role combines customer relationship management, commercial support and account growth within a fast-paced international environment. /p pYou’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring retention, resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing: /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of customer accounts remotely through phone, Teams and email. /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships. /li liSupport contract renewals and pricing discussions. /li liInvestigate and resolve customer issues and disputes. /li liManage account profitability and forecasting. /li liIdentify opportunities for growth and lane expansion. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For: /h3 ul liFluent Italian and English.
