Internal Operations – Support the CLCO in coordinating the outcomes of the functions within the CL Broad range of international business experience,



knowledge and relevant technical skills and operational experience within the Company or Subsidiary; Understanding of the defence industry and United Kingdom, Japanese or Italian government operations; Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience; Experience in an in-house international environment and in high value, complex international contracting; Fluent in English; Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication; Good drafting, negotiating and advising on high value international commercial transactions; Good understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices; Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and operations in international environment; Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including JV partner representatives, LSIs, LSSIs, and senior stakeholders; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
