YOUR FUTURE Human Resources Coordination: Supervising, training and scheduling warehouse and logistics staff.
Materials Management: Monitoring stock levels, carrying out periodic stock-takes and managing the item master file.
Flow Optimization: Organizing workspaces to speed up picking and packing, in accordance with the FIFO procedure.
Operations Management: Supervising inbound and outbound movements and the handling of goods between plants and warehouses.
Implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) and keeping track of stock.
Production Support:



Ensuring the timely supply of materials to production departments through departmental kitting.
Plan production based on sales forecasts and customer orders/forecasts, optimizing available resources.
Manage dispatches and provide customer support.
Monitor and analyses the performance of logistics activities, preparing reports and proposals for improvement.
Document Management: Manage transport documents (DDT), delivery notes, invoices, CMRs and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and haulers.
Manage suppliers and logistics partners to improve transport and distribution operations Health and safety: Compliance with health and safety procedures and the correct use of PPE and equipment (forklift trucks and transport vehicles).
YOUR POTENTIAL Experience: At least 5 years in this role, preferably in metalworking and mechanical engineering production environments, ideally in the automotive sector.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, IBM 400) and experience of using warehouse management and production planning systems.
Lean Manufacturing: knowledge and experience of JIT and JIS, kanban, kitting, etc. is an advantage.
Qualifications: Forklift truck license.
Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, conflict management, negotiation, organizational skills and team management.
English: minimum B1 level.
