We are looking for young professionals with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan.
Typical Day
- Work in a multidisciplinary team to develop the mechanical components of medical devices.
- Perform feasibility studies and build proof‑of‑concept prototypes for assessment.
- Provide high‑quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of kinematics, mechanisms, and production technology processes.
- Competence in CAD tools, preferably CREO or SOLIDWORKS.
- Strong communication skills – explaining technical topics.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Preferred Experience
- Examples of personal projects or designs.
- Experience with fast‑prototyping technologies.
