ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop a comprehensive understanding of radiometric and molecular products to provide insight into applications and possible growth opportunities /li liDevelop the product portfolios by working with global and regional marketing leaders and other reagent product managers to represent the needs of the customer in ongoing and new portfolio growth opportunities. /li liPerform competitive research analysis effectively mapping the competitive landscape and develop sustainable strategies /li liProvide product training and support for the global sales force, and other internal stakeholders /li liWork with cross-functional, departmental, and/or company team members to accomplish short-term and long-term business objectives /li liPerform and manage the customer segmentation process including assessment of the customer profile within the responsible region by industry, size, application focus, and solution requirements /li liWork with the global sales teams on price mapping, price realization, and profitability strategies for the Life Science reagents /li liAnalyze the product portfolio dynamics including the product life cycle process and build a strategy to develop, promote, or rationalize products as needed /li liManage continuous improvement and portfolio optimization projects /liliAnalyze the product portfolio to meet the needs of prospective customers/partners according to strategic priorities /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline /li liProficiency with MS Office applications and ability to learn new software packages as needed /li liEffective decision-maker /li liDetail orientated /li liAbility to develop, lead and manage projects in a time-oriented manner /li liAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external partners and customers /li liAbility to analyze the financial performance of a complex global business /li liSkilled in communication,
