As an Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments that will help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication methods to identify leads.
- Present our services effectively and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointments to sales discussions.
- Offer insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment-setting strategies.




- Stay updated on industry trends to communicate effectively with potential clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and records.
