As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, creating a positive experience for our Dutch-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Accurately classify content based on established policies and provide moderation decisions.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help improve moderation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance content moderation processes.




- Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community interaction.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
