Ideal candidates have strong analytical, problem-solving, and people skills.## PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES* Conduct secondary research to collect and analyze information about markets, competition and companies.* Support in the preparation of process-related marketing documents (Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentations), client reports, and board presentations.* Screening and qualification of potential target companies and generation long- and shortlisting for clients* Assist in the development of financial valuations (transaction and trading multiples, DCF).* Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.* Monitor important developments, initiatives, legislation, corporate activities, and M&A; transactions, and contribute to industry reports and thought leadership initiatives.## PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES* Student or Graduate with an excellent academic record in Business (e.g., Management, Economics, Finance) or Life Sciences majors (e.g.,
