What we’re looking for

We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting‑edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation.

As part of our System Administration division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

How you’ll make a difference

- Manage SAP infrastructure architecture and deployment tasks.
- Handle software lifecycle: patching, updates, and maintenance.
- Administer, monitor and optimize SAP performance across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Install, support, and maintain SAP systems.
- Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP environments.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to ensure stability.
- Coordinate with development and functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Apply best practices for SAP Basis administration and system tuning.
- Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.

What we’re looking for

- At least 5 years of experience as SAP SysOps or SAP System Administrator.
- Ability to understand client needs, define architectural frameworks, and draft Statements of Work.
- Knowledge of Oracle and HANA database architecture and administration for SAP.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Understanding of network protocols and system integration principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in new environments and across different projects.
- Willingness to travel for short, medium,



or long‑term assignments.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

What we would consider a plus

- Degree or diploma in IT, electronics, or equivalent skills.
- Experience with databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, HANA, and SQL Server environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) in SAP contexts.

What we offer

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €33,000 to €45,000 for the middle profile and from €46,000 to €55,000 for the Senior profile. The final offer may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
