You will be responsible for supporting the main production plan for our two production plants and managing the supply of materials through open orders. /ppYour role will involve issuing supply orders promptly, ensuring the correct procurement of components and spare parts, and developing daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories, and components. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliEnsure the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through continuous improvement activities. /liliTranslate the production plan into a detailed planning for supplier. /liliCalculate exactly which materials are needed, in what quantities, using management systems like MRP. /liliDefine and implement cost reduction activities and policies, ensuring service levels and optimizing internal stock. /liliSupport improvement activities in the Operations area on SAP. /liliSupport the main production plan and production of spare parts. /liliManage the supply of materials with long lead times for both production and spare parts. /liliIssue supply orders promptly and ensure the correct procurement of components and spare parts. /liliDevelop daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories, and components. /liliPromote continuous improvement activities in the Operations area. /liliOptimize inventory levels, ensuring the maintenance of the predetermined service level. /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.



/ppWhat you should bring: /pulliMaseter degree in Management Engineering or Economics with a strong passion for numbers and excellent command of Excel. /liliRecent graduate or previous experience of 1 or 2 years of experience. /liliStrong technical skills and knowledge of production processes, logistics, and inventory management. /liliExperience with SAP and other production planning system will be considered a plus. /liliExcellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. /liliTeamwork, ability to work in multicultural environments and a proactive approach are mandatory. /liliStrong understanding of cost management and reduction strategies. /liliProactivity, commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €48,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
