Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Lead Engineer, Subsea Distribution Systems, you drive the design and delivery of subsea distribution technologies for offshore energy projects. You will own technical requirements, lead CAD development, and coordinate cross-functional interfaces to meet project needs and standards. You shape robust, cost-aware solutions that support safe, efficient hydrocarbon production in challenging environments. - Establish technical requirements based on customer specifications and standards
- Lead design development activities including CAD modelling and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional interfaces to align design, activities, and deliverables




- Present design outcomes in reviews and ensure alignment with schedule
- Account for cost-out activities, budget monitoring, and engineering plans progress
- Manage engineering suppliers on technical and contractual compliance
- Provide engineering support to program management and stakeholders
- Support sourcing through procurement, manufacturing, and testing of designed products
- Provide consultancy to the project bid team
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Subsea equipment knowledge and relevant design methodologies (desirable)
- Strong mechanical design background with proven experience in a similar role
- Proactive with ownership and responsibility
- Strong English communication and leadership skills
