Experteer Overview

In this role you help Datadog and partners succeed by delivering onboarding, enablement, and technical guidance for partner resources. You act as a trusted advisor to the Partner channel, shaping joint initiatives and ensuring adoption of Datadog features through collaboration with product, engineering, and services teams. You will drive partner enablement, demonstrations, and value assessments to accelerate cloud migrations and modernization efforts.

- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
- Support partner initiatives with demos, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and coaching on lead practices
- Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
- Analyze partner service offerings and propose enhancements to increase adoption of Datadog features




- Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify and prioritize new features
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

Responsabilità

- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations
- Demonstrable learning mindset and track record
- Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom
- Confident presentation skills
- EU resident
- hands-on experience in two or more areas listed under Desired hands-on experience
