ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the Senior Supply Chain Specialist in all aspect of the purchasing cycle of our projects /li liResponsible for the execution of specific aspects of supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation /li liPreparation and issue Request for Quotation for the supply of goods and services for EPC Project and obtaining competitive quotation in a timely manner /li liOrganize technical commercial clarification meetings with Bidders /li liLiaise with technical disciplines in getting technical bids evaluation /li liPrepare and finalize commercial Bid Tabulations and Purchase Orders for all items to be purchased /li liEnsures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and in line with project processes and procedures /li liUpdate the project procurement reports in line with project / client requirements /li liComply with code of business conduct and ethics, corporate policies, procedures and work practices /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMSc / BSc Degree in Engineering or Economics /li liFluent in English and in Italian /li liGood communication, planning and organizational skills /li liPro‑active approach in resolving issues /li liFamiliar with Office tool /li liAvailability for business trips and relocation abroad for project purpose /li liGood knowledge of French is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
